I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience working in the mental health field. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care to every patient I serve.
Prior to working in the mental health field, I worked in neurology after graduating from the Monmouth University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2018. Driven by a passion for mental health, I then earned my post-master’s certification in psychiatry and became a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2021.
I primarily treat adults and have experience managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, ADHD, insomnia and other sleep disorders, and substance use disorders.
My goal is to foster a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
